Our Late Policy: At Melted Wax Lounge, we pride ourselves on offering efficient, high-quality service. To ensure we stay on schedule for all of our guests, we enforce a 7-minute late policy. If you arrive after the 7-minute mark, we will have to proceed with our next appointment and may need to reschedule yours. Please arrive on time to ensure the best possible experience. How to find us: We are a suite-style salon located inside Salon Suites at Bandel. The building has a circular layout, so you can find Suite 12 by walking either left or right and going all the way around until you see our sign. If our door is open, feel free to come right in! If it’s closed, we may be with another guest—please take a seat in the waiting area, and we’ll greet you as soon as we’re finished.
